SSC JE Result date

Staff Selection Commission had declared the marks of the candidates on 06 May 2016 and result of JE exam on 05 May 2016. we had updated you first on this.
Marks / Score card and final answer key, OMR sheets will be available by 10 May 2016.
Paper 2 exam date had been announced. It will be held on 24 July 2016.

Staff Selection Commission Junior Engineer Exam Result

Earlier SSC had invited applications for recruitment of Junior Engineers, Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted posts. The no. of vacancies are tentatively, about 1000. To apply, candidates should have degree in respective branch of engineering. Those who got appointed will get the Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.4200/-.

Allocation of Posts to the selected candidates will be made strictly keeping in view their position in the merit list and the order of preference, subject to number of vacancies available in that post.

SSC JE Marks 2016 score card

About SSC JE Exam

The written test consists of 500 marks of which 200 are of objective type test and 300 are of conventional. Questions have been asked from General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, General Engineering (civil, mech. electrical).
Resolution of tie cases:
In cases where more than one candidate secure the equal aggregates marks, it is to be solved by following methods:
(i) Total marks in written examination.
(ii) Marks in Paper-II.
(iii) Marks in Paper-I.
(iv) Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher.
(v) Alphabetical order in the first names of the candidates appear.
